This link is to the novel “Skellig” by David Almond (on the Amazon web site). The story is highly recommended and it deals sensitively with the nature of angels and healing. If you have a teenager, they may well have read this in school - it has been very popular as a class text. The names of the two main male characters - Skellig and Michael - are taken from the the island in the picture to the left.
