ANGEL MOUNTAIN RESIDENTIAL COURSE

ANGELIC ENERGY IN BLUESTONE COUNTRY

Angel Mountain, or Carningli, is situated above the small coastal town of Newport, in Pembrokeshire. Angels have made their presence felt for centuries in this area. St Brynach, who fasted and prayed on this mountain, saw angels on a “stairway to heaven”. St David had many associations with angels, who even forewarned him of his death. St Govan’s story tells of his cliffside chapel being robbed by pirates, but his chapel bell was returned by angels and placed in the “Bell Rock”.

Dolphins are often seen in Newport Bay. The main colony is in Cardigan Bay and they are the only resident dolphins around the UK coast. At the fall of ancient Atlantis, dolphins became keepers of the sacred wisdom of that civilisation. In the summer of 2005 a school of three thousand dolphins were seen in Cardigan Bay, and there is the Welsh legend of Atlantis being located there: another indication of how special I find this area!

COURSE PURPOSE

In a small group of about twelve we will work with angels and dolphins to develop our spiritual growth.

COURSE AUDIENCE

It will be suitable for anyone who is interested in working with angels and who, perhaps, has not yet experienced the unique power of Pembrokeshire.

COST

£333 per person for 5 nights’ accommodation (with an optional free 6th night), breakfast and light lunch. Please note that evening meals are not included in the course cost. I have arranged for everyone to have a private room, but if you wish to share a room with a partner or friend there is a £33 reduction per person.

VENUE

The Old Rectory and Retreat Cottage, located a mile from Newport, is a wonderfully tranquil and private setting. It has an acre of gardens, is surrounded by meadows, and has panoramic views from Angel Mountain to Newport Bay.

8.30-9.15am Chakra exercises to prepare for the day

9.15-10.15am Breakfast (self-service)

10.30-12.30am Group Session

1-2pm Light lunch

2.00-6.30pm Free time

6.30-8.00pm Evening meal (can be on site or at a local restaurant)

8.00-9.30pm Group session

It is now well known that the bluestones of the Preseli Hills form the inner circle of Stonehenge. These stones also make up the ragged crags of Angel Mountain. The energy levels are very powerful near the summit. A ley line, or spirit path, crosses the very top. I have a story to tell you about how I was drawn by Angel Mountain … but even if you don’t feel its pull in this way, you may enjoy the heathery wildness, the historical legacy and the magnificent coastal views.
